High citizen satisfaction with government digital services
Singaporeans responded positively when asked about their satisfaction with key government digital services.
The Annual Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Citizens) 2023 was conducted from October 2023 to February 2024, for the reporting period of 2023. The survey also helped to identify areas for improvement.
About 1500 respondents were surveyed, comprising representatives of the total demographic population. Data collection was done via face-to-face interviews.
Highly satisfied businesses from across industries
The business community indicated high levels of satisfaction with key government digital services and initiatives when surveyed for the Annual Survey on Satisfaction with Government Digital Services (Business) in 2023.
The survey was conducted from October 2023 to February 2024, for the reporting period of 2023. The survey also helped to identify areas for improvement.
1,370 company respondents were surveyed and the sample was representative across business classification, company type, and company size. Data collection was done through telephone interviews.
