Our Digital Government Blueprint details our bold vision to create a government that is "Digital to the Core, and Serves with Heart". We can achieve this by designing products and services that directly address citizens' needs. By simplifying transactions and e-payments, we make sure every citizen, regardless of digital literacy level, can use our solutions with ease.
To date, 99% of our government services are digital from end to end. Beyond fulfilling e-government needs, these digital solutions create an open and connected system that our partners in the private sector can leverage and in turn optimise their own businesses.
