From time to time, government agencies will send official documents to you. In an effort to make file distribution and management fuss-free, GovTech created FileSG, a one-stop digital document management platform. With it, you can easily receive and retrieve government-issued documents, and even verify their authenticity by checking the validity of the OpenAttestation files.
Why use FileSG?
FileSG is convenient to use as Singpass unlocks access to the portal. With a single login, you can retrieve all your official documents from different government agencies without having to visit different websites.
How to use FileSG?
Are you a Singpass user? Simply login with your Singpass credentials.
Not a Singpass user? Enter the Transaction ID of the document you wish to retrieve. After that, verify your identity using the two-factor authentication.
